IMSC Ep 16 - Song 14: "Isn't It Glorious" by Lipstick Homicide

I chose this as the closing song on my Lipstick Homicide retrospective for a couple of reasons.

For one, this song is special to me personally.

When I first heard it. I was a single dad, who was just finishing therapy on issues of depression and transgenderism.

And after years of not dating, I decided it was time to put myself out there again.

And this song just captured how I felt about it. In fact, I even put it up on my OKCupid and Match.com profiles!

But also I wanted to close with this song, because I feel it's a good representation of Lipstick Homicide's music.

And I feel the chorus just sums up their music so well...

so dont ask me what i think
cuz i dont even really know that much
what you see is what you get
maybe we could even have some fun
if you wanted me to i could take you away
show you more of my world
lets go!
