Now a staple of Omaha's country music scene, Crossfire formed in 2010 when veteran musicians Walter Killam of Denton,Texas and Gary Groves of San Diego auditioned vocalist Dave Forney of Omaha for a new country group. Soon after, drummer Buck Weyerman, a well known local percussionist and member of the Nebraska Music Hall of Fame came on board. With Buck on drums and Walter on bass providing a solid musical backbone, Gary weaving in his blues-country guitar and Dave belting out the melody on the mic, matched with three-part harmony, we dare you not to sing along and dance the night away!
