"Nicholas Buckton is a singer/songwriter from Des Moines, Iowa. Making music since he can remember, Buckton has been dubbed the 'Wild-Child' by many. Rooted deep in old-fashioned rock and roll and simple melodic lines, Buckton has created his own style of lo-fi indie rock that has an undeniable truth and catch to it. Recently, Buckton recorded, produced, and pressed a five-song EP entitled "The Summer of 1967" to much the public's admiration. Now in the act of playing shows, working on a full length album and attending parties—his musical vision has only just begun, and thank goodness for that! Buckton has always been around music, so much so that it literally radiates out of him. Whatever he does is musical, that is a gift not many have. He's been influenced, as made apparent in his music, by a vast number of artists-a list too long to even begin to put down. This man has the power to put raw emotion forward in a way that anyone and everyone can relate to and understand. Keep your wild, wide eyes on this one, folks!"
